Hi everyone. I am one of those people that still hasn't gotten a cc yet.

My scan date is 30th oct. I called and they said they will have to move it to a supervisor, that was one big mistake i made. I heard when your case is being moved to a supervisor, that it takes forever.

Please let me know if you are still waiting or you are on a supervisor review as well. Thanks

Wishing everyone best of luck. It is going to be over soon.

Having my case sent to a supervisor at the NVC helped me. It had been over a month that I completed the DS-260 and still hadn't heard anything back from the NVC. We called after 35-40 days after and supervisor Molly really worked wonders with our case. A week within speaking with her, my case was completed. Is that all that the NVC needs to do - review your DS-260? Or do they need to review your civil documents as well? I had sent my civil documents via email the same time that I sent the AOS documents.

Hi thanks for replying.

They have already reviewed my DS260, because i remember calling them and a lady reviewed it on the phone, and my ds260 was sent way back in August. I guess I'm only waiting for them to review my Civil Documents. I sent it on the 28th of Oct. And they recieved it on the 30th, that should be my scan date right?. But ever since then, i haven't heard anything. Last time i called, the lady said it should be reviewed by now, but for some reasons she doesn't know why, that she will have to send it to a supervisor to review it, and that was the biggest mistake i made. Now, when i called today, they said i have to wait for at least 42 days.

It does hurt...to know that i have to wait for another 42 days after waiting for 30days. **sad***
