Timeline

I just looked at the form and it does just simply say pregnancy lol it then asks for your LMP. So if you're not pregnant mark no and fill in the date of your LMP. If you're pregnant mark yes.

Yes on the medical form for the usa embassy ..its a yes or no question.

Each medical location has a different questionnaire. You may want to request this post be moved to your regional forum so you can get regionally specific answers.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

I'm also working with the embassy in Kingston JA. That is the medical form I looked at. There is only one location our medical exams can be completed...Andrews. Please see my reply above.
