Just want to make sure i am doing everything correct here. We will be married for 4 years and she will be will hit her 3 year mark as a perm res thins january and we will also hit our 4 years married in January.

#1 Does she meet the requirements to apply for Naturalization?

#2 Also, when and if she gets her naturalized citizenship. Can she petition to bring her parents and sister into the US?

#3 If so what is the sucess rate of getting family members into the US

FYI all her siblings and parents have border crossing cards as well as having used visas to enter the US and all have good standing with CBP.

My wife anlso has been approved for another 7 years of perm res.

Thank you,Thank you,Thank you,Thank you,Thank you,Thank you,Thank you,Thank you,Thank you,Thank you,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brad

#1 Does she meet the requirements to apply for Naturalization? Yes, you can send the packet 90 days prior to the 3 yr mark of her having her green card.

#2 Also, when and if she gets her naturalized citizenship. Can she petition to bring her parents and sister into the US? Yes, however, the petition for the sister can take much longer, is best for the parents to petition for the daughter once the become permanent residents, much faster process.

#3 If so what is the sucess rate of getting family members into the US. Good chance for parents, longer process for siblings

How old is sister, married?

Yes, my wife is from Mexico.

No, her sisters are not married, however, 1 sister has a kid and, her only brother is married (has kids and did not turn in his Permission slip back to CBP at the border ....AKA overstayed his visa)

What is the likelihood of her brother getting approved for a PermRes card if he overstayed his visa and is married with kids?

Once her parents get their PermRes card...what is the likelihood of her brother or sister with a the baby getting approved for a PermRes card if he overstayed his visa and is married with kids?

How old are they, were are they, you make it sound like they are in the US?
