We are having the same issue, apparently it is a systemwide error or something of the sort. Although We've been reassured the case is being processed. it is mind troubling not being able to check it online.

Our NOA1 is December 30 and we have the same issue. We have never been able to check our case status and neither USCIS regular support OR Tier2 can find anything in the system. Some of the ones we've talked to said "It doesn't mean it's lost." some said "It might be lost, it might be a glitch in the system, we can't see anything".

So no matter how you twist and turn it, you just can't believe anything USCIS tell you as you'll always get different answers depending on who you talk to.

The thing is that when you call USCIS you first receive the call center support which are mostly people paid to read off of a script based off the data they are able to retrieve from the computer system. If they give you a different answer between the two of them its because they left the script and are honestly trying to help but do not have the means to do so :P.

I understand that, so you shouldn't trust what they tell you, because they can make anything up when "trying to help". :P

Tier 2 can't see anything either and they're supposed to be able to see it all. That makes it all so much more interesting.
