Posting a question for a friend she is removing conditions and on the Uscis website it's expired the form . Is that ok to use that form still thanks

Yes. In the I-751 instructions, they state: "Edition date: 04/11/13. A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, customers may file using the 04/11/13 edition. No previous editions accepted.".
