I have ALL the required supporting documents for my I-130. Now what I have left to do is:

1.) Compile some photos that show proof of my court marriage

2.) Western Union transaction receipts that shows I've been giving my wife money from time to time

3.) Call history that shows all the phone calls I've made to my wife.

How many photos should I submit to USCIS? And how should the photos be assembled?

How many Western union transaction receipts should I submit to USCIS?

How many pages of me and my wife's call history do I need to submit to USCIS?

1. Photos - I'll get back to that below.

2. Western Union receipts - Depends how often, and over how long of a period of time you've been sending your wife money. Have you been sending her money monthly for a year? Submit copies of 12 receipts. Have you been sending her money daily for 10 years? Submit copies of one or two receipts from each year. Have you sent her money twice? Submit copies of those receipts.

3. Phone records - Again, how long have you been calling each other back and forth? As with anything, they're more concerned about consistency than anything else. If you've been calling back and forth for a year for example, submit one copy of the January phone bill, one from April, one from August and one from November. Highlight your calls to each other.

Back to photos:

There is no minimum or maximum number of photos. Think quality over quantity. It's like that time in high school when you had an assignment and everyone asked "how many pages does it have to be?" and the teacher answered "However many pages it takes to get your point across."

I'll give you two scenarios:

1. You submit 100 photos. All the photos are selfie-style pictures of the two of you in various poses. Evidence wise, they show that 1. you've met, and 2. you know how to use a camera. Worthless for an immigration petition.

or,

2. You submit 10 - 20 photos. The photos have clear, distinguishable backgrounds, your hair styles are different, the photos are taken in different seasons, and it is clear that they're taken in different locations. The photos show you mingling with family members, and some are taken on different holidays. Evidence wise, they show that you've spent a considerable amount of time together over the course of your relationship and subsequent marriage. That's good evidence.

As of now, I'm only able to retrieve my call history from February 2015 till present. These calls were all made through vomoz.com. When I called my wife in 2014, I wasn't using vomoz.com at the time, i was using my AT&T account which I don't have anymore.

I only started sending money to her this year through western union. So far this year, I've sent money to her via western union 6 times; one time in July, one time in September, and 4 times in November last month (most of the money was for the filing process)

I am not familiar with vomoz.com, but if they give you some sort of statement, I would send copies of monthly (or every other month) statements from February until present - i.e. February, April, June, August, October. Highlight calls made between you and your wife. If you call AT&T or visit one of their stores, they will let you order statesments from up to 2 years back in time (if I remember correctly). Wouldn't hurt to get four statements from them, i.e. January, April, August, December. They may charge you $5 per statement or so.

Just to be clear here - Are you the petitioner or the benficiary? The petitioner pays the I-130 filing fees.

If you are the beneficiary and you're sending the petitioner money, there's not necessarily anything wrong with that, but it's a huge red flag.

If you are the petitioner sending the benficiary money, then send a copy of a WU receipt from each month or so that you sent money - i.e. One from July, one from September and one from November.
