Okay so I need some feedback. My husband had his interview on October 15th, 2015 in Cuidad Juarez he is currently in Mexico due to the fact that he needed his i601 waiver. I sent out the waiver to USCIS in November 2015 and they received it on November 10th. I got receipt number and I am able to check status online but does anyone know how long the process will take? I checked processing times and it looks like it say May 21st but of the year 2015?? Any help?

Yes that is for 2015. There is a waiver update thread in the waiver forum you can read up and see how the process is going. Some June filer's have received approvals.

It's been taking around 5-6 months for I-601 approval. Ours was a approved a couple weeks ago and was filed in June.

11/06: Husband EWI from Mexico
11/08: Started dating

11/11: Husband got deported
1/11/14: Got married
3/13/14-11/2/14: I-130
1/26/15-3/17/15: NVC

5/28/15: INTERVIEW - denied

6/8/15: I-601/I-212 waivers received

11/17/15: I-601/I-212 waivers APPROVED

12/11/15: HUBBY HOME!! :dance:

The Nebraska Office received my I-601 waiver on August 23rd 2015, and was approved on April 25th 2016.
