Does anyone find it odd that the second largest shareholder of faux news is Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal who also owns faux news arabic... faux news America says hate and fear muslims and faux news Arabic says hate and fear America.... What comes from all that hate and fear??? WARS FOR PROFIT!!

Found that out a couple years ago....oh the irony or should I say hypocrisy of it all.

I still can't imagine how they are able to tighten up k-1 process, it's so tight right now. I hope politicians are just don't know the details of everything and they will finally figure out that there is nothing with k-1 visa or any other visa.

I have seen recent video where Obama asks USCIS look more into "visa process" that woman came into US. But k-1 visa worked as it meant to be in that case, she probably was attracted to that guy, they had a child, had a normal family until they got crazy. I think that guy would make mass shooting anyway regardless of any woman, if he was into that way before k-1 and stuff. So no questions to visa process in my opinion.

They were radicalized for 2 years or so and this should have surfaced on the background / security checks in my opinion.

I guess more Mena women will undergo AP now too. They keep some people in AP for years so what are they checking during that time if they miss

someone having been radicalized.

Oh, this is very upset about AP...wow, I never knew AP could take so long, I am wondering what they are doing all that time!?? This is so unfair to people.

The thing is, in that speech, Obama is talking about the VWP, and everything he said was about the proposed VWP changes. So while he was discussing the "visa she rode in on", he was describing a different process. It was later redacted regarding the VWP, but the fact remains, his comments were supposed to be for K-1, but we're actually for VWP. Mistake? Either way you look at it, his speech was not accurate. I say that from a political neutral point of view.

Interesting point today was the investigators think they were talking about 'martyrdom' and 'jihadi attacks' during their courtship. Wow...

Thanks for the answer!

Yeah, that's what I found out, It says "White House officials confirmed after the speech that the president was supposed to say "visa program," but apparently the word "waiver" also slipped through. The official transcript includes a correction".

Well, Obama eventually said to USCIS to look more into k-1, so I don't know what to expect, I hope I am just freaking out and paranoic.

Not many people, including myself, know the least bit about immigration until they go through it themselves. I couldn't believe what was involved in getting visas and having your spouse immigrate to the US. I thought it was a simple process, get married and fill out a few forms. I soon found out just how wrong I was. And if your spouse is Canadian it is much easier than most, so I have a lot of sympathy for those who really get put through the ringer.

Actually it's now fairly apparent that she was radicalized and she came into the country post-radicalization; the vetting process simply failed. She should never have been allowed to enter based on her state at the time of entry that was kept from immigration.

Good luck!

Now the man Enrique Marquez who bought the guns for the shooters is actually related to the family by marriage (Probably a fraud marriage)

https://gma.yahoo.com/san-bernardino-attack-visas-wives-terror-020837107--abc-news-topstories.html

http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/enrique-marquez-warned-muslims-ready-haywire-article-1.2459822

Records show Marquez was wed Nov. 29, 2014, to Russian bride Mariya Chernykh — whose sister Tatiana was married three years earlier to Syed’s brother Raheel Farook.

Tatiana and Raheel stood as witnesses when Marquez and his bride took their vows at the Islamic Society of Corona, Calif. Both couples had their marriage licenses shipped to a post office box in Riverside, Calif. Marquez and killer Syed Farook were the witnesses for Raheel’s wedding.

Marquez and his wife also listed their home address as the same one where Raheel lives with his wife and father, but friends said the two did not live together.

“It was like an arranged marriage,” Stone said.

There was little evidence the pair were a real married couple.

Per this article from DB, still is asking the same questions I have, whether visa fraud was committed here to obtain it in the first place. http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2015/12/08/san-bernardino-terrorists-visa-story-doesn-t-add-up.html

That being said, if they lie, is there something in place to catch them in this?

It also does not seem that they were placed in AP for a lengthy time, as it seems they managed to obtain their visa just as fast as someone usually at the fast-track CSC. Not that the responsibility should be on the speed of the process, as they did have to also get through the consular process too... and background checks. Whatever failure happened, it was a big one.

I have been reading about the 'fraud marriage' regarding the neighbor. Something really fishy is going on here. Is she a citizen? And if not, how did she get in the country.

If this was a pre-arranged marriage for the sake of getting a terrorist into the US, it could be a game changer for the immigration process.
