NVC CANT LOCATE PAYMENT

okay! just got off the phone with the National Visa Center. Why in the world they drafted the money from my account I can clearly see it's GONE!!! but, they are stated they can't see where the payment has posted what in the world is going on I understand loop holes when I see them and this is clearly one. So, now I have to go to the bank to scan and email them information that it has cleared. I don't mind because, it's for my family but has this happen to many others?

Well I called and the agent I spoke too states to scan document from bank showing the fee was withdrawn from account via email or mail document in then file will be updated so, I've scanned and submitted email

Al & Deidre , i had the same problem with them and my case was completed October .My lawyer to send copy of the bank statement to nvc but am still having trouble now they say my Ds260 is not completed but its done from july and now am in supervisor review again. I dont know what to do next.

I feel it's a way they are slowing the process down that's just my opinion this is not the first time I've seen this. I spoke to someone that the NVC said they had sent some for their case from February 2015 and still now they haven't gotten anything I will call everyday if I have too.

Yes, call everyday. When I submitted my payment. I always made a copy of my check before I mailed them because if anything happens, they know that I have sent it later on.

I paid the fee on line so I have a transaction number as well as information from bank
