Part 5 is a bit confusing to me.

Says Persons your are sponsoring to enter previous value,

1. which for a K1 would be 1

Then under persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit:

2.Yourself (1) This is really weird

3. IF you are currently married, enter 1 for your spouse?

So my K1 fiance and I already got married and thus are AoS from the K1, but this is under the not sponsored persons in affidavit so ZERO right? I assume this is a universal form for non K1s and stuff but regardless this is a bit odd. Form says expressly to not 2x count anyone.

I looked at the example form which is a tiny bit outdated from the latest...just wanted to make sure.

Yes, that's right. You would enter 0 for spouse.
