Questions:

part 1

3 and 9: When they ask about the A number and SSN do I need to add N/A or None, knowing that the application will not allow me to do so?

6 what is the class of admission, my relative is in the U.S with B1, B2 visa is that what it is?

1. Yes, you can write it in black ink after you print out the form.

2. Class of admission would be B1/B2 -- whatever is on the passport

3. You would select 1.d since they are adjusting status and would receive the EAD/AP combo card (if you file for work authorization too). if not, they'll just receive the AP card. They are not yet a permanent resident of the US.

4. DACA is for undocumented aliens who entered the US before the age of 16 (are exempt from deportation) and are seeking travel authorization

I-131 instructions: Page 7. If an item is not applicable or answer is none, print or type N/A

Class of Admission: Look at passport visa stamp page -> Visa Type / Class

Part 2: You should select 1.d. NOT 1.a. since your relative is not a permanent resident yet.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC
