Hi Everyone,

My medical is schedule in 10 days here in Toronto.

I have my immunization document and some bloodwork stuff my family Dr did and gave me to take.

What else do I need to bring with me?

I looked in the K1 Guide but it didn't have a break down of items to bring with me.

The doctor's office should have a list of the specific things you need--in Vancouver they want 4 passport photos, for example.

Look on the Montreal Consulate Guide here, they have info for each doctor's office. Or call the doctor's office and ask them.

I posted in your other thread.

You seemed to have waited a year to schedule your medical and interview and most of your information is severely out of date seeing as according to your time line you've taken a year to get everything scheduled as your NOA2 was approved Dec 2014.

Nevermind, I see that ya'll were getting your case abandoned because you never scheduled your interview in the last year... So go to the other thread, it has all updated information included updated packet 4 info with a list of everything you need. I would contact the consulate as well requesting an updated list as yours is almost a year old and wrong.

For Montreal, you need four copies of passport photos as well, this is told to you in the Packet 4 email I speak about in the other thread you made. Also, some medical places require you to have the packet 4 email, as it states in the packet 4 email: "IMPORTANT: ***please bring this letter and the appointment confirmation sheet you will receive from http://canada.usvisa-info.com/ to the panel physician medical appointment. ***

The biggest issue when I contact the Consulate they just tell me you have your appointment scheduled make sure you bring everything with you. So I am guessing everything is fine, and I just want to make sure I have everything on me when I get to the interview. Its been so long going through this and based on it being so long to book the interview and life things coming up with parents passing away that pushed it back for us. There is a huge worry that things are being missed by us.

Wish it was as simple as knowing that because we have the interview scheduled, and we have all of the paper work with us that everything will be good. But I know that is not the case. Which has me stressed that I am making a trip to Montreal and it will be a waste because things are missing.

Personally I would contact the consulate again and explain to them that you never received the packet 4 email. Some people have scheduled their things before receiving it, and the consulate went ahead and sent them a "new" packet 4 email.

Make sure that you bring ALL forms of contact between you and the consulate to prove that you have infact brought what you were told to bring at the time. Honestly in this case, where the procedures have differed a little they COULD understand that you don't have everything that they want CURRENTLY, but in this case you would show them that when you inquired they simply responded back with everything being fine and not needing anything else.

If you can, go off the list I posted in the other thread, it is updated as to what you need. Again though, I would contact them and tell them that you never received the packet 4 email and that you believe you need it for medical and the interview and see if they send you a copy for yourself as it has your own personal information including name, email, and case number within it.
