Some name missing ( JR. ) on the Father's name to that of the USC (naturalized) daughter's birth certificate

So, we are trying to prepare to file I-30 for our father and his birth Certificate has JR. on his name. Upon checking the my sister's birth certificate ( USC and ones petitioning our dad) our JR. was omitted or not included in her birth Certificate.

Example:

Father Birth Certificate: Mario Reyes Cruz Jr.

Daughters Birth Certificate: ( the father's name appears as ) Mario Reyes Cruz

Will this be a problem? What needs to be done if there is any.
