Oh, really Jawaree???

Isn't the Poe the only responsible for it?

I have no situation to fill an I-601... They even said that on the letter of the RFE...

It's so confusing and frustrating... I'm trying to start with it it's been already 4 months...

Honestly? I wish I could have already an I-601... At least they know how to handle that...

Be in the black hole is bad...

There are some more things that I think that gives more strengh... like: I suffered 2 assaults at my house already... My ex partner attack me physically and made threats to my life (we attached all the police reports of all of these stuff), kids loosing school time and loosing their english, kids call the stepfather as daddy because is their only reference and they are having psych problems, the finantial situation of the country, where I work as a doctor (an average of 90 hours shift/ weekly!!!) and I get monthly less than U$4000, I´m jewish and here in Brazil I can´t keep a good religious education for the kids, husband having health issues that can grow if I don´t come back soon, he has been bad evaluated by his job because of my absence there (he´s always sad and lost concentration)... and others that concerns my husband, me and the kids...

About wanting another kid, the biggest point is that if I get too much time, the USC will never be able to have his own kid, I´m getting old... and he´s younger than me.

What do you think?

Still weak?

I´m worried... really...

Pretty much, yes.

From the viewpoint of immigration, non-USC children are of no concern. Making $48,000 US per year isn't rolling in poverty. Husband having a case of the sads also does not instill a sense of urgency in a visa petition either. You also don't need a visa to have a child. Hell you don't even need the USC for that so far as they're concerned.

Understanding what's relevant to the immigration process and what is not will help you a lot in your endeavor.

If you were attacked in the USA, have proof & was seeing a psych

even if one VD or was deported they can petition for a "U" visa

from outside the US.but they will do consular processing You

should speak to an atty (USA) or have someone in the US

check with legal aid for you. The petition would require

I 918 & I 192 forms to be filed

All of that was in Brazil.

In Brazil, you don´t have any kind of security against this kind of people and in a situation like this.

Even if you make a complain at the police, they don´t protect you.

My case is just a spouse visa.

When I was removed, they offered me to ask for asylum (I explained ALL the situation during my interview when I was removed).

But I was scared... I don´t know how is the process for asylum and I couldn´t be out of Brazil for so long.

By that point I was with a job and my business, properties and I can´t loose that.

So, everyday, I pray and I hide myself to be safe and wait until this process to be over and finally make my family together.
