Hello my wife recieved a notice of intent to deny letter which the 30 days dead was the 26th of november we submitted some documents we wrote on top my son and i has to do a DNA to add to the documents so my wife took my son to do his and i have been call by the embassy in Ghana to come and get my done can someone explain to me how long will it take to hear from them after my dna kit goes back and how long will it take for them to decision on our i 130 . please someone help me with explanation

It seems to depend on the clinic used, but 3 months is what I have seen here on VJ.

I sent my evidence they revoked my case yesterday. My evidence was chat record phone logs 4 affidavits. I send the evidence 11/20/15

It is not guaranteed but if that was the only issue then you have a good chance.

But don't buy ticket yet..lol
