Affidavit of Support I864 form question

i have a question about I864 and which forms i have to fill out. the confusion is about i864a if anyone have to fill that out or not.

I work how ever my income might not be enough to show support for my husband's case. My sister will be my sponsor. Which forms do I fill and which form will she fill out.

I have 1 dependent.

My sister who will be my sponsor is married and living with her husband and filed a joint tax return last year.

do we have to submit 2 i864? and does anyone also fill i864a?

any help is appreciated.

what if there was no income for her husband on last year's tax return (even though the tax was filed jointly) does he still have to fill out i-864a regardless, for being a family member?

his income will be added to 2015 tax filing but we might have to send in the support info before that showing my sister's income. please confirm if it is still required to file 1-864a

Can someone please reply. ? what if my sister's husband did not have any income but filed jointly in 2014 tax return is it still required for him to fill 1-864-a? any help is appreciated.

Since your brother in-law has no income to combine with your sister, there would be no need for him to fill out an I-864A. However, your sister will need to include her W2 forms with the tax transcript to show that the income solely came from her.

received RFE for primary affidavit of support form

in part 5 sponsor's household size, please correct following

item 8 the household size must equal the sum of : sponsor + traveling applicants +household members filing a form i-864A

me petitioner i864 - filed (household size 3, spouse , me, and dependent child)

joint sponsor : sister( filed tax return with husband ) i864

her household member sister's husband - i864a (because he also had some income and filed joined taxes)

my question about RFE they are saying add people from i864a, but thats my sister household not mine.

how should i correct the family size? or is this is an error ? (there was no error for sister affidavit of support form)

please help i am confused.
