Thanks for the reply guys... I've seeing many approval with no interviews those who filed this year and it's totally unfair but what else we can do...nothing but just wait and it sucks...

mine is still "case received on .... ". Although, I got my EAD/AP combo card last feb.

I guess we're not lucky lol

It definitely is frustrating and I agree. I'm happy to have a car now to get around. I definitely feel less cooped up.

Also youre just down the freeway from me :)

Having a vehicle here in the states it does make a lot of difference.. More when you are in a small town like me!! Waiting tuesday to do my 3hs alcohol & drug program test and then exchage my foreign DL to a state one!!

I had to do the written test and behind the wheel here in CA. I wish I could just exchange it! Canada isn't much different for driving.

I'm still practicing on driving on the right and using right hand to change gears. Going to take my driving test soon, it does makes a huge difference, I don't really like driving esp parking but I have to get used to it, that's my biggest change so far!

I have the skill test too.. Parking in a pArking spot is my biggest fear ?

I used to drive sticks in Argentina, but I'm used to pararell park not into spot.. Didn't drove nany times but been practicing with hubby's supervision!

Here in MD if you never had a license you need to do the driving program, and get learners permit... It is wasaaaay too expensive than valid my foreign international DL

2016-03-08: Overnighted the RFIE response with UPS

2016-03-09: Package delivered

2016-03-10: Received RFIE reception notification

2016-04-08: EAD & AP been approved!

2016-04-11: Received AP & EAD approval e-notification!! (woot woot!!)

2016-04-12: EAD card is being produced

2016-04-13: EAD card been mailed

2016-04-15: Combo card on hand!

2016-XX-XX: (GC interview/approval notice!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!) :clock:

It definitely is frustrating and I agree. I'm happy to have a car now to get around. I definitely feel less cooped up.

Also youre just down the freeway from me :)

Really frustrating to a wife that just had 10days (for the wedding) with husband since I got here thru k1 as he has to go back work overseas. I need GC to follow him there... Will have my behind the wheel test on the 28th, hope I passed...

AOS/EAD/AP TIMELINE (k1/k2):

12/10/15 - Package sent via Priority Mail
12/14/15 - Package Receipt as per USPS website

12/29/15 - Received Receipt (NOA1) 6 emails and 6 text messages from USCIS

12/30/15 - Check Cashed Out

1/4/16 - Received hardcopy of NOA1

1/8/16 - Got our Biometric Schedule Letter for Jan. 20

1/14/16 - Biometric Schedule (WALK-IN)

2/4/16 - Received RFE on the mail (Initial Evidence)

3/7/2016 - CASE IS READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR INTERVIEW

3/15/2016 - Got txt message and email that AP for me and my k2 were approved but not for EAD

3/19/16 - Received Mail---Approval Letter for Combo Card (AP and EAD)

3/21/16 - combo card received

9/15/16 - AOS interview schedule
