Hi Guys,

I'm pretty glad because i'm seeing a lot of approvals (EAD)... My daughter got her approval last Feb 29 and today we received the official letter, my only concern is, Today at 6.35pm received a text that my I-485 and I-130 were approved... (This is an AOS for my daughter who is a minor) I'm wondering if is something wrong because we thought the next step was the interview....

Do they interview minors? Or not.... I don't know if I should be happy or not hahahaha just wanted to make sure this is real before telling her something.

What do you guys think?

I think you should be happy!!!! Yay! More December GC's! They must have approved you without an interview, and that wouldn't make sense to interview your child instead. But you never know.... But at the same time, their case may update Monday! We will see what they decide.

Signature coming soon...

Yes. I received mine at the end of January and last week my EAD/AP were approved and I now have the card. I'm sure yours won't be too far behind. There's a lot of December filers with RFIE's and now card approvals.

Yes, it's been quite a journey! It's funny to see only 2 application forms left to complete after AOS.

Congratulations your daughter got approved without interview. My 17 year old son had to go with me to the interview and was asked some questions too. It was all quite friendly and in a chat-like manor

Hi Guys, I'm having a problem with my husband's company at the moment on buying health insurance. We handed in the health insurance application since december and apparently the employer did not buy the insurance or process it for us. We tried to ask them today why it has been taking such a long time and was told that because I am included in it and they are unable to purchase the insurance for us? Which is quite ridiculous. We told them the consequences of getting penalty and seriousness of not getting health insurance and they came up with excuses that "you just have to deal with it" which pisses me off alot!

Anyone knows whats best for the cheapest to get for now since obamacare is over? Need it urgently.
