:goofy:EAD/AP approved on day 86! Four days from RFE! So awesome! So hoping for the card on March 11th or 12th and then the next week we will have spring break, so we can do the running around for DMV and SSN! Yay!!!!

11/29/2015 - Mailed I-130/I-485/I-765 concurrent AOS filing to USCIS Chicago Lockbox

12/02/2015 - AOS packet Delivered to USCIS via USPS

12/08/2015 - Received 3 NOA text messages from USICS at 11:25 PM / $420 and $1070 checks cleared

12/12/2015 - Hard Copy of NOA received in the mail for the I-765 and I-485

12/31/2015 - RFIE - Request for Initial Evidence

01/05/2016 - Biometrics Appointment

01/10/2016 - Received RFIE - requesting proof of I-130 sponsor being US Citizen

01/12/2016 - FedEx RFIE Response

01/14/2016 - USCIS received RFIE Response

01/27/2016 - Ready to be scheduled for INTERVIEW

02/16/2016 - NEW CARD BEING PRODUCED / I-765 Case Approved

02/19/2016 - NOA2 Approval for I-765 received / EAD Card was mailed

02/23/2016 - EAD Card arrived today via Priority Mail

11/02/2016 - Interview Scheduled for 12/01/2016 !!!

12/01/2016 - Interview date (Interview cancelled on 11/18/2016)

01/12/2017 - ACTUAL INTERVIEW IN ST. Louis (need to get new medical submitted)

01/19/2017 - New medical dropped off at USCIS & CASE APPROVED ! I-485 & I-130

01/25/2017 - GREEN CARD IN HAND! - DONE!!!!!!!

 

ROC Timeline

11/25/2018 - Mailed I-751 packet to Dallas address

11/28/2018 - I-751 packet showing as DELIVERED to USCIS in Dallas

12/04/2018 - Check cashed 

12/19/2018 - I797 NOA received in the mail (18 month extension) - Vermont Service Center

12/24/2018 - Biometrics Letter Received (appointment in early January)

01/03/2018 - Biometrics complete

12/17/2019 - New Card is Being Produced (approval following day and card mailed on 12/20)

12/23/2019 - 10 Year Green Card DELIVERED !!!

ROC Filed - Jan 30 2018

ROC Delivered - Feb 1 2018

NOA date - Feb 7 2018

 

Conditional Green Card expires April 26 2018.

I saw the estimates that December is generally halfway through the EAD/AP approvals. It looks the majority of service requests are still pending. Hopefully we are all in the home stretch. I hope we don't have too many December filers waiting after March!!!

Filed a service inquiry about my EAD on the 2nd. My account says this today....

On March 4, 2016, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number SR10621603168MSC, was completed.

What does that mean? How long until I hear the next update, which I hope is approval.

Received the approval notice on 765 today by mail today. The notice says the work authorization document will have I-512 endorsement, I am assuming it will be a combo card, correct me if I am wrong. Online status for I 765 says they have mailed the card to me on 3/2 and I-131 is still showing we have approved your application. Hoping to receive it by Monday

It did the same thing for me, I had a RFIE and had responded to it as of Jan 21. I opened a SR on Feb 22, case history on uscis website said it was completed on Feb 24. This is where it gets funny, on Monday my online status changed to I 131 was approved on Feb 26 and I 765 on Monday Feb 29. I got home received a letter from USCIS in response to my SR that they are still waiting on response for RFIE lol

Hey guys,

I have 2 questions... just checked my case status.

My tracking no# for adjustment of status says "new card is being produced".

So that means I get my green card in mail ?

My tracking no# for EAD says

" request for initial evidence was mailed"

Kind of worried what is missing? ....

Since I just made that service request for it yesterday.... ?

LOL! Did you get your GC a few days after you put in a service request? Wow!!!! Yes, that means you are getting your conditional green card! Cool!

But your RFE for your EAD is strange. Why would they issue you an RFE? I would understand if they denied it because of the benefit of the GC.

So I don't know if I should congratu...ah, forget it! CONGRATULATIONS! (Did you forget photos or something?)

Yeah I really don't know what's the matter is. I mean the only thing what you have to attach for the EAD is thus form and pictures ? As I can remember it ?

And as you said it's weird that it looks like my GC is getting issued the same time ?

Uhmmm....

I guess I just wait and see what the mail brings tomorrow.

And congratulations to you !! It looks like it's going smooth for you now :)

Got approved today after AOS interview. Can't wait to receive my 2 year GC and relax till removal of conditions :dance:
