Yes, that's the right option. You need to wait until you're at 75 days from the 'Date Received' on your EAD NOA1 letter or the request will just get thrown back in your face - not sure when that was as you've not got any timeline data.

Should I be using the Received date as well? I was going by the notice date on the NOA letter.

I think I will wait two more weeks before I file that. Some people have gotten it earlier, like after a month's time..

And for some it's taken over 100 days. The joys of the ever-consistent USCIS.

Amhara and I had this discussion not too long ago. We think it's the Received Date, not the notice date. I filed my service request on Day 75 based on the Received Date and USCIS agreed with it so that's what I'm going with.

I sent my AOS and they received it on Dec 10... I requested a service request last Feb 29...((sigh))

USCIS received our RFIE response two days ago. Now awaiting when it will be updated on their site.

Hi i sent out my rfe about two weeks ago, and a week after I got a case update basically saying they Recieved my response and will begin working on my case.

The case status just updated this morning that they received our response on March 1st. The AP case didn't get updated, but the letter only had the EAD case number. I'm sure both will get issued together. One step closer! Yay!

So I received a text earlier that my EAD had been mailed to me (Yay)

However, about 30 minutes later I got an update on the case tracker app, saying that my Greencard was "Approved", then followed the email saying the same thing!

Does this mean I don't require an interview for the Greencard??
