Happy Monday everyone, just got the text, both I-765 and I-130 have been approved on 2/26.

Congratulations! Exactly the same here, received the texts for EAD & AP just after 9am. Then received 6 emails regarding AP, and 5 regarding EAD :rofl: All were approved on 2/26 and EAD is being produced.

Me too. Text & email both received this morning. Actually says they sent it on the 25th Feb, a day after approval.

I hope you were able to get dad's documentation before he left! We managed to get ours sent off and it should be there Monday. I'm hoping for the status message to change by March 3rd and we will see if they work on it soon after that or not. Our fingerprints reached the State, so I hope to call them on the 9th and see where they are in that dang report. Hopefully the state and the USCIS will process both these mailings relatively fast!

Everything gathered, collected and sent. Ours should also arrive on Monday! I've noticed a couple of people who've had RFE's seem to get their EAD/AP approval approximately 3 weeks after the USCIS notification that they've received it. Here's to hoping!

Congrats to everyone approved today! Wow! What a floodgate! It's wonderful!

Ausa, do you have your notifications turned on in myUSCIS? Even though we mail the e-notification form, that's just for getting the case number texted/emailed. Then we need to turn on electronic notifications inn myUSCIS after that.

On Saturday I received the hard copies NOA2 for both the I-765 and I-131.

Today I woke up to about 6 emails letting me know that the card was mailed to me on Feb 25.

Plus, more good news - I passed all interviews with the company that approached me through linkedin last Friday, so just waiting on the EAD to start working.

I know how he feels ? I got my EAD/AP approval letters today so hoping the card will be here tomorrow or Wednesday. Job hunting can really begin and I can get my GA driver's license. Feels so good not to be in 100% limbo!

Day 82. I can now see things in the 'Case History' of my EAD application from when I created a service request: the request was assigned to an officer; the response was created (boiler plate email); the request was closed.

[Edit] Called the NCSC again and asked to speak to a 'supervisor' (aka, Tier 2). They promised to call back in about 30 minutes. Let's see how that works out.
