Yay! Update for me!!

Approval on both EAD & AP this morning. First text for EAD came in at 10.01am, followed by not one, but three emails with an approval notice. AP came an hour later, same format, text first then email shortly after, but only one. I was a little worried it was only EAD coming and there was a problem with the AP. That was a rather long hour to wait....

Question: why are some of you getting "new card produced" notices? All I have had is a simple approval notice & that they will mail me an approval notice. No mention of any cards being produced?! Am I due another status change or is this because it's my first EAD card?

Phew! It would have been 75 days on Friday for me, so feeling blessed to get positive news. Good luck to the rest of you.

Just got 5 e-mails about my EAD card is being produced. No news on AP and GC.

What is that supposed to mean? They only approved EAD? I thought EAD/AP is a combo card.

Btw, regardless of the RFIE for AOS, I am happy to see this status change today.

I have the 'New Card is being produced' message for my EAD; I don't have anything for AP yet.

Still no texts or emails, but the notification from the case tracker app came approx 10 mins ago.

If we don't see any change on our AP application it likely just means the website hasn't updated because the EAD card should say at the bottom something like ' serves as Advanced Parole'...we'll just have to check the card once it arrives...I'll still keep checking to see if it has updated though lol.

I have a question, I had recieved a RFIE on I -485 (had to do with new version of 864 affidavit of support), response to RFIE was received by USCIS on 1/21/2016. My service request was completed for I-765 but the online status has not changed. Is it possible they will not approve it as the clock would not have started again until 1/21/2016?

Got an email from NBC this morning saying that they had received my 'Approaching Regulatory Time Frame' service request but no further actions seem to have been taken yet. Cases still not touched since December. I didn't get an SR number - maybe I should have used the online form instead of calling in. D'oh!

I don't think so. I also had an RFIE for my I-485. I sent in a service request on Sunday for my EAD. Yesterday I received the same case updates as you. Got an email saying my case was under review yesterday and today my EAD is in production. Your approval should be soon I'd imagine.

I received a RFIE on I-485 and they received it on 2/8/2016. MyEAD however was approved today.

USCIS is so inconsistent with their notifications but either way today is a very good day!
