Received a text and email notification:

As of today checked online and it says: NEW CARD BEING PRODUCED !!!!!!

Wohoooooo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No interview !!!

I am hoping that others that is still waiting will have the same outcome !!!

Mar 8, 2016 Case is ready to be scheduled for interview

Sep 28, 2016 Interview, Approved on the spot!

Yes, it is valid for 12 months.

N400 Timeline

  • 09/23/2019: Applied and paid online. Received a receipt number immediately.
  • 09/24/2019: USCIS online estimate is April 2020 
  • 09/28/2019: NOA1 received in my mailbox
  • 09/28/2019: Biometrics appointment scheduled [waiting for notice]
  • 10/04/2019: Biometrics appointment notice received in mailbox 
  • 10/17/2019: Biometrics appointment in Revere, MA completed
  • 10/17/2019: USCIS status changed to "we reviewed your biometrics"
  • 10/17/2019: USCIS online estimate is March 2020
  • 01/01/2020: Interview scheduled for Feb. 5, 2020
  • 02/05/2020: Interview expected in Boston

I filed a switchover service request with my representative just because I could, and he said that my case is currently in a queue to have an interview scheduled. :(

Received a letter from USCIS today with regard to my case inquiry. They stated that my case is "pending consideration" and no further information is available.

Wow. We've come a long way from handshakes and smiles when I was verbally approved at interview in June. x.x

09-04-2018 - I-751 packet sent to CSC
10-22-2018 - NOA1 date
10-31-2018 - Received NOA1 letter, LPR status extended to May 2020

07-09-2019 - Received biometrics appointment letter

07-10-2019 - Case updated again as 'Fingerprint Review Was Completed'

11-07-2019 - Case transferred to 'local' office in Lee's Summit, MO

03-05-2020 - notified that I-751 is now at the San Jose field office

10-23-2020 - attended combo I-751/N-400 interview - N-400 recommended for approval!

06-15-2021 - I-751 is approved! :)

 

Citizenship Journey

08-28-2019 - N-400 filed online

08-28-2019 - NOA1 and priority date (case estimate April 2020)

09-17-2019 - Biometrics appointment attended - case updated online as review complete

09-18-2019 - Case is being actively review by USCIS at the NBC

02-03-2020 - Case scheduled for interview on Super Tuesday!

02-19-2020 - USCIS cancels interview. :(

03-04-2020 - USCIS reschedules interview for 04/13/2020

09-23-2020 - USCIS reschedules interview for 10/23/2020

10-23-2020 - attended combo I-751/N-400 interview - N-400 recommended for approval!

06-15-2021 - N-400 is approved! :)

07-10-2021 - Oath Ceremony at the San Jose field office. Now a US citizen! 🇺🇸

Finally, got an email that were set for interview on the 15th sept.

AOS/EAD/AP TIMELINE (k1/k2):

12/10/15 - Package sent via Priority Mail
12/14/15 - Package Receipt as per USPS website

12/29/15 - Received Receipt (NOA1) 6 emails and 6 text messages from USCIS

12/30/15 - Check Cashed Out

1/4/16 - Received hardcopy of NOA1

1/8/16 - Got our Biometric Schedule Letter for Jan. 20

1/14/16 - Biometric Schedule (WALK-IN)

2/4/16 - Received RFE on the mail (Initial Evidence)

3/7/2016 - CASE IS READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR INTERVIEW

3/15/2016 - Got txt message and email that AP for me and my k2 were approved but not for EAD

3/19/16 - Received Mail---Approval Letter for Combo Card (AP and EAD)

3/21/16 - combo card received

9/15/16 - AOS interview schedule
