I will not get to see my Jamaican fiancé until after I've filed form I129F. Do we both need to submit letters of intent to marry? What if he doesn't have a computer/printer? Can it be handwritten? Is there somewhere in Jamaica he can take it to or does he need to mail it to me? Any insight you all can provide will be most helpful. Thanks in advance! ?

Your fiancé should find some method of being able to type or hand-write a letter (in either case it must be originally signed), and mail it to you.

Yes, both of u have to write that letter , in my case after I did my letter I scanned it and sent it to my husband as a pdf
