7 months is very different, assume you will not be going anywhere near the US unless he gets divorced and you go the spousal or fiancee route.

There are a few visa you could use if he wanted to live in South Africa for a little while. If he comes for the birth he would be granted 3 months upon arrival at the airport. (You have a South African flag so assuming you live in South Africa) But nothing could be done unless he gets a divorce.

He can definitely come to you and stay with you during your child birth. He doesn't need to get divorced to come to you. However, like others said, for him to be able to sponsor you to be with him in US permanently, he has to first divorce his current wife.

Seems like you still have the valid visitor visa, you can definitely travel to US with the visitor visa (though entry to US is at the POE officer's discretion). Your baby will need a visa to be able to travel with you.

Baby is most likely a USC. Will require CRVA and US passport. A USC can not get a US visa.

Boyfriend can only file for you once his divorce is final. He can not file anything for you as long as he is married.

Your child will need a US passport.

Your tourist visa became invalid once you overstayed in the US. You overstayed by being here for 7 months. The revocation is automatic and you will not be notified. While you still possess the visa, it's no longer valid because you overstayed.

You are unlikely to be admitted to the US on a voided tourist visa with a USC child and lacking strong ties like a job or things since you have already sold them.

ONLY WAY BACK FOR YOU - a divorced boyfriend.
