*Fedral income tax return from the recent tax year or certified Internal Revenue Services (IRS) copies. To obtain the return transcripts of your income tax records from the IRS, you may complete form 4506-T, Requuest for transcriot of yout tax return ,ust be submiited to IRS, not this office. If the sponsor was not required to file a federal tax return for the most recent tax. the sponsor must provide an explination why he/she nopt required to file federal income taxes.

And then we did that, then later on we recived a mail saying that the case is now pending and transfered to California...

We did everything they said...

I got an RFE twice for the same thing. Both times it asked for the I-864 and tax returns, letter of employment, etc. I had sent them with my original submission and with my first RFE. Then I sent it again with the second RFE and it was approved soon after. It sucks :( But just send everything again and you'll be fine.
