They didnt accompany me coming to the US for some personal reasons, now i want my wife and my 2 sons be here with me.. I know that my family are eligible for follow to join but the problem is my sister accidentally lost some files. Basically, i dont have some documents needed for the follow to join..

I have

-greencard

-my marriage contract and birth certificates of my 2 minor sons.

I dont have the ff documents

- copy of original application or petition

-copy of I 797 notice of action

Is there any way that i can petition my son to follow to join even i don't have the initial documents needed? THANKS FOR THR HELP

How long since you immigrated?

It may be easier for you to just file a new petition.
