Hi,

I am finding the letter with, account open date, balance, average balance. I am not getting the total amount deposited last month. It is an automated letter generated from the bank.

It is mostly in the forrmat shown at

http://www.***removed***/visitor-visa/sample-bank-account-verification-letter.html.

Is it ok?

Thank you,

If your income meets the requirement then the bank letter isn't needed.

Does an offer letter count as meeting income for k1 visa of its above the required poverty limit ?

I didn't meet the limit last year but definitely this year astronomically and I'm wondering if that plays to my favor or do I need to save 20,000 in my bank statements to show ?

If you meet the income requirement, then show your most recent tax return plus proof of current income with a letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs. You do not need to list assets or show bank statements. If your income source is not from current employment, and is something non-taxable, such as retirement, then provide the last 12 months of bank statements to show the income amount deposited each month.

If you were going to use assets in place of current income, then you would need a minimum of 3 times the income requirement, which for a household of 2 would be around $60k.
