I just got my interview letter and I'm scheduled for June 7th.

There's also a checklist of things to bring. Pretty generic stuff: interview notice, green card, state ID, all passports valid or expired, and some stuff related to current and prior marriages and divorces and children if applicable.

Lot of folks on VJ Forum treat N400 as another ROC but the Immigration Officer is not necessarily looking for ROC type evidence (I never submitted any with my application). Rather, N400 applicant is derivative of their spouse, hence, the documentation of spouse of importance to establish that their US Citizenship is valid. At least that was my experience based on the interaction with folks during my interview/oath at Newark, NJ.

Of course, if one has shady/shaky ROC i.e. divorce after getting greencard or other legal complications, then yes, IO is going to scrutinize.

Thabks! I'm applying under the 5 year rule and I have an Embloyment Based green card, but this information is helpful, particularly to those applying based on the 3 year rule or who got their green cards through marriage.

No. Not if you are done with removal of conditions or if you never had a conditional green card. If your ROC is still pending, then it's a good idea for your spouse to join you just in case.

They do schedule on Saturdays if there is a federal holiday that fell on a weekday the week before. You are likely to see the same the week after July 4th as well.
