New citizen here . Ceremony was last Thursday at the Irving Texas Field Office. Schedule was supposed to be @ 8:30, but they started the check in process around 8:45 which took about 45 minutes. Th

In line since 1/6 and still no interview letter... Just few days ago Miami office processing time was updated from 5 months to July 4, 2015 :(

I hope it won't take too long.

Keeping track of December 2015 early-filers to test the accuracy of the prediction that you'll be placed inline for interview 1 month before your GC anniversary date assuming you've completed biometrics by then.

Applicant GC Date Inline Prediction

groovyaardvark 02/15 ??/?? Incorrect

It's interesting that the system is not updated on weekends, but is updated on Federal Holidays.

Very few people have been able to get the date on the phone. You'll have to wait for the letter. You'll probably have 4-5 weeks notice, so if you have plans in the next 3 weeks, it's not likely that there'll be a conflict.

So i figured out i will have my interview in April or May (Chicago office). Little tip - just find a forum N4oo October filers or November filers and you will see when people sent applications and when they got their interviews.

I had been trying to do that but couldn't find anyone in my area so nothing to go by!

The online status doesn't show the interview or oath dates.

Very few people have been able to get the date on the phone. You'll have to wait for the letter. You'll probably have 4-5 weeks notice, so if you have plans in the next 3 weeks, it's not likely that there'll be a conflict.

The fellow on the phone last night insisted that I would see the date online when it was available and I knew that was probably nonsense! Called back in this morning and escalated my call. I was able to get my date told to me over the phone which was great. I explained that my mailman continues to miss my house and randomly deliver mail. She told me that if I don't get my letter that I should call in again 5 days before my interview and they'll fax it to me so I have it to present. Otherwise I won't be able to get in!

Either way... got my date. March 22nd! Wow!

On February 18, 2016, we started the interview scheduling process for your N-400 application. The prediction was correct :)

Sweet! It looks like it's only failed for two of us... sometimes that means that there's an issue with the background check; which means we could be waiting for several months... and sometimes it just takes a few extra weeks. Unfortunately, my money is on the former, so I'm getting ready for a long wait. You'd think that after 15 years in the U.S., they'd have already learned everything they want about me!

I had been trying to do that but couldn't find anyone in my area so nothing to go by!

The fellow on the phone last night insisted that I would see the date online when it was available and I knew that was probably nonsense! Called back in this morning and escalated my call. I was able to get my date told to me over the phone which was great. I explained that my mailman continues to miss my house and randomly deliver mail. She told me that if I don't get my letter that I should call in again 5 days before my interview and they'll fax it to me so I have it to present. Otherwise I won't be able to get in!

Either way... got my date. March 22nd! Wow!

Hallelujah (insert choir singing hear)! Congrats Ms. Hogan. See what happens when I stay off of VJ for a bit!

Come on Jimmy - hoping that you get good news soon!

Keeping track of December 2015 early-filers to test the accuracy of the prediction that you'll be placed inline for interview 1 month before your GC anniversary date assuming you've completed biometrics by then.

Out of the 9 of us who filed early, 7 were placed inline exactly 1 month before the green card anniversary date (with exceptions for weekends). Two of us were not placed inline by the predicted date. I'll update this list when the last two are placed inline.
