I know your feeling! I'm inline since 01/14 and nothing yet. My office says 5 months so there's nothing I can do but study and wait.

Whoa, uh, I just got a notification that my interview was scheduled :wow:

I thought there would be some lag time between being put in-line and getting scheduled. I'll update the chart once I get my notice!

I was hoping I was going to have the same crazy update right after being told I was in-line but no such luck. You got your letter not long after so hoping mine moves along as quick as you. I still think it would be cool to find ourselves at the same oath ceremony but I bet I'm too far behind you!

I wonder if Pete's Dragon got his update... his GC date is the 13th; I'll correct it when I update the table. I hope Pete got his update and just hasn't told us yet.

So far I haven't got anything; so I'm assuming the prediction don't work out for me, since they would have placed me inline yesterday. But I'll wait until today is over before I put myself in the incorrect column.

It'll be nice to move forward, but I'm not too worried; I'm sightseeing in Egypt this week and too busy to worry about USCIS. :-)

Well after not receiving the in line letter from USCIS, I checked my case status online and see that I have been in line for an interview since 01/26/2016...... Fingers crossed I receive the interview notice.... Wonder where the in line letter disappeared to!? :o

At least I've been "in line" all this time :D

There is no letter for being inline for the interview. It would only have come by text notification to login and check your status or an email if you signed up for those options.

I had my fingerprints done on 1/20 and still wasnt place In line. I have been checking other fillers from my area but they weren't moving either (most of them). So I went to check the processing times again and "surprise" - my office updated its time frame on 02/11. It was "5 months" processing time before and not it says they are working on N-400 from July 23... So 7 months for Newark, NJ ;-( But maybe they still doing a background check on me. Who knows.

I wish they would say when the interview is online... my mailman drops my mail off wherever he feels like it including the road half the time! My house is at the end of the day on his way back to the post office so he's always in a rush, busy smoking his cigarette and barely slows down to bring my mail!

I'm on hold... I really do need to know because Cleveland has been booking interviews very quickly and I have a bunch of medical tests (MRIs etc) coming up and they are hard to schedule so if i need to change anything I want to be able to do so!

My heart is pounding out of my chest!

Well NO DICE... he said I needed to keep checking online for the date of my interview which doesn't sound right but he said it could take 7 days to update. I'm not convinced but I'm sure I'll get the letter soon enough. Maybe I will call again... yeah... probably will lol
