If this is true, my anniversary is March 21st I will reply to this post if 02/21 is when I get my in line text

Since we're all waiting, I thought I'd share this. We've talked about this prediction before; it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't, but a lot of people are placed inline exactly 1 month before their 3 or 5 year anniversary (if they filed early).

So the first two early-filer inline predictions seem to have panned out!

I went to the website of USCIS Case Status on 25th Jan, and in there I saw this update:

Case Is In Line For An Interview

FYI: I am a resident since 2/16/11.
Do you get any notification like email or letter? I didn't receive any yet. Only I checked was in USCIS website.

No letter for this stage. You'll get a letter when your interview is scheduled.

My interview letter arrived today. Interview scheduled for March 8th. Hope they do same day oath in Denver.

Denver does hold same-day ceremonies, but I don't know what, if any, conditions have to be met.

Some offices will only give you a same-day ceremony if you live several hours away.

Some only offer same day ceremonies for military families.

For some it's just a matter of timing; if you have a morning interview, you can take your oath in the afternoon, but if you have an afternoon interview, you have to come back another day.

I am also a Denver filer. Your case is moving so quickly! I am a bit jealous!

On the website for the Denver office it does say they offer same day oaths. So it might be offered to you!

I am also a Denver filer. Your case is moving so quickly! I am a bit jealous!

On the website for the Denver office it does say they offer same day oaths. So it might be offered to you!

Denver does hold same-day ceremonies, but I don't know what, if any, conditions have to be met.

Some offices will only give you a same-day ceremony if you live several hours away.

Some only offer same day ceremonies for military families.

For some it's just a matter of timing; if you have a morning interview, you can take your oath in the afternoon, but if you have an afternoon interview, you have to come back another day.

And of course some other offices don't do same-day ceremonies.

I have a 9 am interview. So hoping to have it done the same day. I'm only an hour away from the USCIS offices. Looking through a bunch of Denver profiles, it seems most of them had same day oath. So fingers crossed...

My green card date might have some affect on the interview date. Not sure what it is that they look for when processing applications.
