NVC INTERVIEW SCHEDULE

Hi guys i have a question , does NVC have your case while they schedule your interview? or do they send it to the consulate embassy in your country and then the interview is being schedule? i really need to know because my case has been completed over a month now and when i track it on the ceac website it says that case is at NVC. and im kinda of getting out of patience now NVC can be really fustrating at times. My case had take 34 days to review and that was on time but now the interview has been really messsed up, Thanks in advance.

Hi

Try ringing the NVC. I had my CC 16th November and just got off the phone to the NVC were they told me my interview date has been scheduled for January and should receive info via email in the next week.

My case also still says it's at the NVC so definitely worth calling them as their not to sharp on updating their Internet sources.

What is your priority date Nessa19? As you have your details as IR/CR not F2A.

I got my interview date thru phone. Cc: Oct.27 and my interview schedule is on January 8, 2016. Thank God!

I called today and finally was being told that interview has been scheduledon 1st december for my husband and date is 10th January.

If you are an F2A you will have to wait until your PD becomes current on the visa bulletin before an you receive any correspondence regarding an interview etc. The visa bulletin is currently at 15 June 2014 for the F2A category.

Okay thank you. But I don't know if they still works with PD cause they have a lot of changes. I only had two year of taxes and my case was completed even so things is not like before. Still hoping.
