Well the petitioner doesnt need a police certificate etc.. the beneficiary needs those things. The P3 is for the beneficiary not petitioner except the I-134. So her fiancé needs to get his police certificate etc... the only extra item (beyond the I-134) needed from a K1 petitioner is an original divorce decree.

Yeah, for some reason I wasn't thinking she was the petitioner initially, but yeah. I know myself and others have brought proof of domicile, since it's in the packet 4 pdf file and the email received list it in required documents. But yeah you are correct!

I must ask, but you don't have to answer of course, is your fiancé just as young as you and does he also still live at home? Hopping between parents like a couple of kids might take a toll on your marriage if he's used to his own place?

I must ask, but you don't have to answer of course, is your fiancé just as young as you and does he also still live at home? Hopping between parents like a couple of kids might take a toll on your marriage if he's used to his own place?

My fiance and I are around the same age and he is used to going between his mother and father as well. He and I both come from divorced households.
