How do you mean they reset the 90 days?

They gave you an extension ?

How?

They just replaced the sent date with the new date and noted that it was remailed. It was originally October 14th, they changed it to November 16th. And in the writing it says to return it within 87 days of their mailing date.

If the post office returned the 1st notice they may do the same with the 2nd, ypu need to talk to the office and insure that all of your mail is delivered to you, so that it doesn't happen again

Yeah I am calling them now.

So they issued a 90 days once they resent your RFE because of the first one not being received?

Was it automatic or did you have to ask them to reset?

Yes, we have a different mailing address than physical address, so we have been having a world of problems. Including the RFE just not being received and the post office returning it to them.

I asked them to resend the forms twice, but they changed the dates and marked it as "remailed" themselves.
