Feb 9th - I filled my AOS back in Feb

April 13th - my online status changed to ready for interview in April and

June 22nd - I got the NPWI letter.

September 23rd - I got a RFE for Affidavit of Support, I don't know why cause my husband makes enough, but sent everything all over again 2 weeks after I got the letter.

I got the RFE letter, but no update on my online status, and no update if they got my RFE package.

On November 3rd - called USCIS to inquire about my case, he said the office taking care of my case (Philadelphia) it's working on Feb 23rd cases, so my AOS is outside normal processing time (I filled in Feb 9th)

so he filled in a request service for me.

Nov 24th - I got this reply from USCIS "Your I485 application is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your application."

Does this mean they have my RFE package or not?

I am sooooo worried they haven't gotten my RFE and they might consider my case as abandonment. I don't know what to do!!!

Does anyone here have similar experience?

I am going through Philadephia field office right now for my N400 and my son's AOS (filed both beginning of April and still waiting) Philly is extremely backlogged right now. Did you send your RFE certified mail so you can track it to see if they received it? Other than that, only thing you can do is either call to inquire about it or make an info pass appt to inquire, just to see if they got your documents. I am sure they got it, but their backlog is really, really horrible for citizenship and AOS right now, can't speak for other cases. Good luck and hope you hear something soon.
