I received an RFE and I think I have everything they are asking for but I have some doubts about some details.

They want *copies* of the flight stub and receipt and visa.

My fiance is in China and sent digital pictures of the items that I printed out on a good color printer, does this pass as "copies" since it's not an actual "photocopy"?

Also, the receipt for the airline ticket is *mostly* dual language, but the From city and To city are not translated, they are printed in Mandarin, should I get the whole thing translated over this?

It's VERY obvious what the ticket is for, it has my fiance's name, flight, date, passport number, amount, airline, etc... but I'm worried since they've asked that any foreign language document to be accompanied by a certified translated copy.

Thanks for your help.

Yes, you yourself can do the translation. You'll have to include a sheet that states that you are fluent in the language and you sign it certifying that the translation is accurate. No need for anything more official beyond that.

Thank you baron, I do know what the To and From cities are on the ticket, but I'm not fluent in Mandarin and while my fiance can carry on a conversation in English, they aren't necessarily fluent in English either.

I'll look into getting a professional translation as I don't want to risk them denying my application over this small detail, we are so close and I'm risk adverse because of how long this whole process takes.

Thanks again.
