Yes, that's NOA2. Read the Guides and Follow the K-1 Timeline.

Your case will be sent to NVC for further processing, then after about three weeks, it will be sent to the Embassy.

The petitioner should be sending their documents needed for the interview to the beneficiary and the beneficiary should begin to assemble their documents, especially any police certificates since those can take a while to obtain.

You can go to the Embassy website to determine what will be in the Packet 3 documents they may (or may not) send to you. You can access these documents yourself and usually the Embassy website has a list or links to those.

Things will move a lot quicker now.
