Welp Called NVC. A very kind man was very helpful, apparently my joint sponsor put her husband on the AoS and he needs to complete his own seperate I-864a. So we will send that out tonight and will be here for another 30-45 days. hooray ):

Oh wow . I was really hoping you would have gotten you cc today . Sorry to hear?

I got an email this morning as well. Just saw it. They must have done a batch or something. I didn't get an email prior this though. I had confirmed they received our documents on the 14th by phone call but it's nice to have it in writing. :)

I think the only reason I got it was because I had checked on my status by email mid October .now they are responding after more than 75 days.

I called them Monday and the lady told me that "no one there could give me any information until it was completed." They just completed it today. It is a STUPID error, the guy even had a hard time explaining what was wrong. BUt oh well, have to try and stay positive. Like someone else said they didn't get a new scan date and had there CC in 12 days. I am hoping we are just as fortunate. We are sending it through UPS overnight as we speak. We are wasting NO time. (:

Yes, just stay positive! At least you have a deadline to look forward to. We spent 10 months waiting for I-130 approval with no idea how long it was going to be...just waiting....waiting...haha. Delays like this are disappointing But at least you know it's moving along. That's why, although I am excited for it to be done, I'm not panicking now. I know there's a progression and we can see the end. And I really doubt you will get put back into the 30 - 45 day waiting queue again. Someone has already spent time on your file. It doesn't seem right to put it back in to be completely worked on again.

Literally all we had to send in was an I-864a for my Uncle (My aunt is the joint sponsor) I am hoping that this little bit of paperwork is so minuscule that it just is done asap. i will call next week and see if i have a new scan date :P

Wait until Jan 4th and login to see if agent is completed if it is you do not have to review anything.

I checked and it says completed. Is that what its supposed to say for choice of Agent? I've had it like that since yesterday.

Thank you for responding. I didn't sent pictures to USCIS, so I was going to include pictures with my IV package.

You can but I would take all photos to the interview. That is very important.

Well folks, congrats to all who got cc's this month.

As for us, we are going to pass 60 day wait time comes next month.

I am really baffled by your case.... something must be off... I cannot believe because by next week NVC will start looking at people application who have a scan date for last week of Nov 23rd to Dec 11th people scan date as per what i have been following at NVC... you are with a scan date of Nov 2, are you sure you have not send anything after that to NVC via email or by post because if you did it restart the clock again to 30 days.... Also please try to speak to supervisor i can see something is really stuck in your case.
