Wait until Jan 4th and login to see if agent is completed if it is you do not have to review anything.

I sent my pictures to USCIS on photo paper. NVC should have those photos in the packet if you sent them in with your original I-130.

Thank you for responding. I didn't sent pictures to USCIS, so I was going to include pictures with my IV package.

Why do you want to sent photos to NVC ?

Its not a part of the AOS or the IV.

It says you need to bring it to the embassy and medical.

USCIS did their job and they did not RFE you. Bring them to interview just in case.

Did you call them to see if there is not any checklist..... Press to talk to supervisor and try if the operator does not let you go through....you will get a nice one who will let you talk to a supervisor....Explain them you situation because what i am seeing is now people with scan date later are getting case complete and it could be that your file is on a person desk who is not in office or out on holiday....then you would need a supervisor intervention otherwise you file will just be on his desk.... I have seen people sometime just waiting for months and other people get there way faster than others.....What i am seeing is it's like playing a lottery with NVC and if you get lucky then you are out in within 1-2 months or if you are the unlucky one then just wait and wait and wait.....

People side load all the time. You can too include relationship evidence with your IV package. In fact, you may go to the interview and,never be given the opportunity to show the CO any pictures. In most cases, COs have already made a decision from looking at your file, even before the meet with you.

If he didn't sent in any evidence pics with his I-130, it may be extremely important for him to side load. USCIS and NVC just collect documents, they don't decide on your case, the consular does. In his case, you don't want to miss an opportunity for them to have all the information. You may not get the chance in a 5 minute interview.

Welp Called NVC. A very kind man was very helpful, apparently my joint sponsor put her husband on the AoS and he needs to complete his own seperate I-864a. So we will send that out tonight and will be here for another 30-45 days. hooray ):

Hoping you don't have to wait another 30 days... I didn't get a new scan date when I sent in my checklist response, and I received CC 12 days after I sent in response. Maybe they are speeding up, or still going based off of the initial scan date?

It's the exactl same email they sent me on Dec 7th I just looked at it again. Says 30 days from the date they received your documents. Which would be today wouldn't it? Not sure what to make of it, but I hope it doesn't mean another 30 days. In any case, I called them on Tuesday, so I'll wait till next week to call again.

Hmm. Just got an email from NVC. It wasn't a checklist, but a resend of the email sent after they received my documents, statingthe my scan date is 12/2 and give it 30 days to process. Anyone else got that?

This is the longest 30-45 ever!!!!

My scan date is Dec 14,got this email today as well.
