Hi everyone. So on the 27th November, I called NVC and they told me that my marriage certificate was not in the paperwork (like we didn't send it), anyway, that's our checklist. We sent it off on the 30th November, now we are just waiting......

I really hope we won't have to wait for 60 days (as most people are saying) to get CC.

Just saw my third N/A! Scan date 10/28, no supervisor review. I can't call yet since I'm going to work and they're probably super busy so I'll confirm later. But this is good. This is very good!!

Congratulations..

I am filing a spouse petition for my wife. I was living abroad and do not have any documents showing that I made the required annual income to file for taxes. I am now living back in the United States and am employed. I have employment documents showing that I exceed the minimum income required for our household size. Can I still complete the I-864EZ without a W-2? Help please

I see Jamaica taking forever to give interview dates, still waiting for case complete am wondering if since she's a minor they would give her a early interview date or she as to wait that 3-5months after cc for interview ????? Anyone that can shed light on this I'll appreciate it. ..... Jamaica embassy

Unfortunately i also belong to one of those countries that take forever to set an interview date. I think Jamaicans are better off than Jordanians, the fastest time between CC and Set interview is 2 months, the highest is 8 months which is really crazy. i really hope we don't have to wait more than 2 months because it has already been 10 months since we sent in the application.

I can't believe it, I just saw the third N/A this morning. I called on November 30 and was put on supervisor review, but after just a few days it looks like I am finished with the NVC process. I did call and confirm that it was approved Dec. 2. Now on to the waiting for the Jamaican Embassy. They are about 3-5 months out. Now to dig a little deeper for some patience until the interview date is assigned. God's timing is best, had a good cry last night and woke up to this wonderful news. Thanks everyone, as I read through post after post, I found a lot of wisdom and encouragement. For those of you still waiting, give it over to God, he is in control and wants nothing but good gifts for His children. Be blessed!

Got a Checklist today (scan date 11/10) it looks like there's something wrong with the birth and marriage certificates (something about the issuing authority) and for both of my girls they say they didn't receive the last four pages of the i864w (that's odd because the pdf has all the pages).

I'm going to call to get some more info about it.

Just received an email from the NVC, my scan date is 11/30. Now to enjoy the upcoming Christmas holidays and hopefully I will see a CC 12/30 - 1/3 the latest. Praying for the earlier!

I just got good news. I just called NVC and was told they already scheduled the interview for me, Jan 26, 7:45am. My CC date was Dec 1. I have to say people at NVC are really working hard and efficiently. Stay positive, guys/gals. Thank NVC too.

Congrats.

I agree - I've never had a bad interaction with the NVC... They're certainly understaffed based on the long queues all day every day, but are generally very helpful when you get through to them.
