hi to all,

i received an email from NVC stating that they already received my documents on 30NOV2015 and they were reviewing it for the next 30 days. is that my Scan Date?

Annoyed. I paid the IV fee the 17th and it's still showing in process, meaning I can't fill out the DS-260. It cleared my bank on the 18th as well. They told me it takes 7 business days to clear and to give it 2 more days. Um. You're not open on Christmas... So it better update tomorrow. Also, I mailed my package on the 17th overnight and she said they got it the 21st but to check back in a week for my scan date and that is could be the 18th once they update it. So in other words, no new solid information. Ugh.

Welcome to NVC :clock::clock::clock::clock: just keep on waiting that is what NVC says everytime you call. Just hang in there it will take few days to unlock your fees... based on my experience it will unlock 260 tonight or tomorrow morning and fees will appear paid.

I haven't receive any email yet, but the NVC representative that I talked to told me they are going to send me an email after a week regarding my interview.

03-01-2016 Interview Date (175 days after I mailed I-130) VISA APPROVED. CEAC status changed to AP

03-02-2016 Paid Immigrant Visa Fee via ELIS account. CEAC status changed to ISSUED

03-03-2016 US Embassy Bogota sends Passport and Visa package via DHL Waybill 2900131780 to Cali.

03-04-2016 My wife picked up at DHL sealed approved IV package and her passport with a stamped I-551 IV Category CR1.

Thanks, it would be nice here before Christmas.

But i know they got my papers, so if i don´t get it today maybe tomorrow or Monday, but with 22nd as my date.
