I will try to explain it as clearly as possible:

Assuming you have never deleted the whastapp conversation with your significant other:

- Go to the conversation

- Click on the contact name (on the top of the screen) this will take you to several options you can do with that person

- Almost at the bottom of the options you will see one that says "email chat", select that one

- It might ask you "attach media" "without media". I would select "without media" so that the email file is not too big

- Then this will take you to an email message screen, enter the desired email address

- Once you receive the email you sent yourself, open it and you will see the loooong conversation trail.

How strange, mine goes all the way to May 2014. Maybe some setting only allow you to go back a few months, it also depends on the phone. But a least you have part of it all in one email

Hello everyone i just called nvc today and one of the reps told me that they received my docs on nov 17th and my ds 260 was done on nov 30 she said i have to wait onether 30 days to review ds 260 form dont they review all together ???as I understand scan date is supposed to be nov 17 but how come another 30 daysss

Everyone gets the same email. My documents were received on Dec 7th. If i don't get contact by Jan 11th i will call them.

my scan date is 11/12/2015. so my 30 day mark was 11th dec. i haven't contacted them yet but i think im gona wait it out till 16th. finger's crossed.

Received IV fee bill via email from ASKnvc@state.gov and paid it.

I can't wait until DS-260 opens up. (AOS payment still showing in PROCESS)

Well, it looks like the email thing worked again. I was told this morning that they assigned my case number Friday and invoiced me early this morning. I called and found this out around 7:30am. Today around 5pm I got the email with all the information and invoice. So it seems like this is excellent information to share with everyone coming into the NVC!

I am so glad this TRICK is working, It just worked again for me around 16:30 today. I received and email from ASKnvc@state.gov with the IV bill. Hopefully a moderator will post it as a STICKY, and BTW, Saylin's fantastic NVC Wiki guide needs to be updated. Still says that photographs are part of the IV package.

Why that is i dont know.

I had nothing on the check list saying photos.

So i didnt sent photos..

EDIT:

You and each family member accompanying you must bring two identical 2 x 2 inch (51 x 51 mm) color photographs to the visa interview. The photographs must meet the Department of State’s Photograph Requirements.

It´s for the interview, not the paperworks.

Passport photographs are required for the IV package, but not personal ones. I think that is the confusion.

Re: passport photos...the web site is confusing. On the drop down menus for each of the items it says on most to send a copy to NVC and take original to interview. On the photo section it only says to take them to interview. I didn't send them in my package. I was told they would just be needed at the interview. Guess I'll see if we get a request for them! Hope not...

With all due respect, go back to the link you shared with us, It says to bring them to the embassy for the interview. It does not say to send them as part of the IV package to NVC,
