Soon as you pay AOS fee you can send both packages out. So that should happen any minute now. Your IV fee will be invoiced at same time so you could very well have case complete in 30 days from sending your packages.

Yes, we got the invoice for both. Will pay tomorrow! Omg I'm walking on air right now. I hope our lawyer doesn't slow us down. Unfortunately we need him because he is the reason our Joint sponsor is comfortable with being our joint sponsor. I'm afraid to push too hard though, because I don't want him dragging his feet on purpose. It's already almost impossible to get him to answer my questions outright and to act quickly. I know it's just a job to him but it's our LIVES on hold. And we paid him good money! And a lot of it...

I have a question, when I received the email from NVC that my scan date was Nov. 20th, it also said "allow 2-4 weeks." With that being said, would it be acceptable for me to call on the 4 week mark rather than the 30 day mark. Or will it be a waste of breath?

just print screen. You don't need to send full whatsapp conversations. we simply took screenshots of whatsapp messages on random dates.

So i hope that they get it all around the same time this week.

Also waiting for last payment to say "paid" and the ds-260(IV Application) to open up.

Thank you. We have years of messages. I don't even know where to begin.

I will try to explain it as clearly as possible:

Assuming you have never deleted the whastapp conversation with your significant other:

- Go to the conversation

- Click on the contact name (on the top of the screen) this will take you to several options you can do with that person

- Almost at the bottom of the options you will see one that says "email chat", select that one

- It might ask you "attach media" "without media". I would select "without media" so that the email file is not too big

- Then this will take you to an email message screen, enter the desired email address

- Once you receive the email you sent yourself, open it and you will see the loooong conversation trail.

let me know if it works! This is how I save my conversations with my hubby every so often (to make sure I have the latest ones). Any questions, I will be happy to answer. Good luck!

I saw Ausgirl31's profile and She got her CC on Dec 3rd, her scan date was Nov 17th.

My scan date is 11/19 and I called to NVC after read that but They told me I need wait after 30 days.

Same with us, if we were to print out the whole chat log we would be the cause of lots of chopped down trees. All we did was take the earliest ever conversation, then several in the middle and one from the day your sending in the application or close to it.
