What do you mean by DS-160 review?

I have not ever "heard" of DS-260 reviews, that is the long online application.

I have heard about DS-261 reviews.

DS 260 is the IV application you filled out online.

Congrats to the couples who got. CCs today! We're Dec 2nd so hopefully sooner than later.

Congrats to all who got there case complete.... Now i think since the November rush is over we are getting to slow Dec and Jan mode for NVC.... As per my calculation i believe they will start moving to Dec 1st and 2nd week cases in next 7-10 days. The volume of incoming really picked up in Dec 1st onwards when CSC and Potamac service center started flooding NVC and overwhelmed them with approved cases. By just approving cases in 2-3 months..... and for unlucky people like me who went to Nebraska waited 5+ months just to get I-130 approved and then waiting for NVC 3+ months to get a interview. If you really ask me there is no point for NVC for people whose date are current like USC spouses because there is no visa limit so they should not even go to NVC and should be handled by USCIS and Embassy involved directly. This NVC thing just slow things down and does nothing else......

CR-1 VISA

NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER US EMBASSY NEW DELHI

Wow its only taken you 5 months for USCIS and already have an interview, that's a lot faster than us thats for sure.

Read my timeline i am estimating that from now onward it will take 3 months to get done with NVC.... i would be really happy if i get done with this in 5-7 months. But no first deal with USCIS then deal with NVC.... It's just wait and more wait....

Your embassy is in Canada don't you have option of Electronic processing ? Or does your embassy or consulate does not allow that.... I though Canada allows that EP.... But i may be wrong

Your embassy is in Canada don't you have option of Electronic processing ? Or does your embassy or consulate does not allow that.... I though Canada allows that EP.... But i may be wrong

In Canada you can choose either EP or the normal mail way. I did EP.
