How about just people

How many affluent/middle class folks are dying in the streets every day due to strict gun laws?

So you are now against gun control. Awesome

I'm not. I want guns out of the hands of criminals. That's what I want.

Gun control in affluent areas isn't killing them. Hell, you'd die in Japan. Most strict gun laws around.

So if you are in possession of an illegal gun what should be the sentence . How about 20 years . You have a culture that glorifies killings. . Japan does not have that culture . It is there in the inner cities.

Since they are all about arming people, why haven't they brought this up?

I guess owing back taxes is way more obscene than walking into a PP building and killing folks, but hey, to each it's own.

You mean American culture? I agree with you.

And yet the NRA sits silent as the body count rises in black neighborhoods.

Yup if we could ban the NRA all would be cool in the hood. How in hades you could twist the rampant violent crime problem in the inner cities, into the fault of the NRA is beyond understanding

Ya know…..you really need to stop with the common sense comments. Peoples could be getting upset.

Who said anything about banning the NRA?

Okay so I want to know:

If people want to be armed by looking towards these cities as examples, why haven't the NRA took steps to arm the people in those cities? Looking at the evidence, it's appears that the NRA was directly responsible for disarming black citizens when the Mulford Act was passed.

So which theory do I get to go with? The NRA was all about gun control when certain groups had access or that they now use cities that were slammed with strict gun laws as examples but keep quiet by not advocating for those citizens to be armed? Take your pick.

Prior to the 1970s the NRA wasn't about protecting firearm rights.

I prefer the newer NRA don't you?

Not really. I'm all about responsible gun ownership, but since living in IL and seeing that black people were being denied the right to carry and the NRA fights to keep guns in people's hands even after mass shootings doesn't really help their case.

You should google Colion Noir. I used to follow his channel awhile back. The NRA recently hired him as a spokesman I believe. Anyway he discusses guns rights in relation to the black community.

I remember him. I didn't like his channel in the beginning but learning more about how gun control came to be, he might be on to something.

I'm positive someone posted his video here some time ago.
