Hi VJ family. Let me keep it real my fiancé is an awesome guy and just like everyone here we deserve to be together but like all people he is not perfect. His police record has one blemish on it. He wasn't convicted of anything and has never been to jail but the record is not spotless. There is only one incident from 2 or 3 years ago, does anyone know from experience if this will pose a major issue at our upcoming interview? We have done everything asked of us, paid so much money along the way, and have spent too much time apart, I just can't take disappointment. Somebody give me some real talk.. Thanks.

Hi everyone, well my fiance has his interview in Juarez on the first week of January and my lawyer just informed me that I need to request a live scan from the state of California to make sure that my record is clean. Now my question is, do I need one as the petitioner? i thought that it was just the beneficiary that needed the police report, or am I wrong? please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know just how you feel and what ur going through! My fiancé is a Rasta, the most loving kind gentle man I've ever met. He also has a charge on his record from over 10 years ago. Never spent a minute in jail and only paid a $10 fine.

This process has been grueling and we are on our 228 day apart. It's heart wrenching. I pray we will both see "Issued" very soon. Hold the faith. What Jah bless no man curse.

If you need anything just msg me.
