Can my fiance request the US consulate to send the k packet soon?

My fiance is gonna come back here in June for the 3rd time now, and we planned on going all together, after this 3rd trip he cant have any more leave at work till next year. Im wondering if he can call and request the consulate here to send the pre interview packet so I can get the interview and beat the june deadline so we can all come together<hopefully> in the US

Visa interviews in Manila are being scheduled about 4 months from the time your package is received at the embassy. There is no way to expedite that unless you have an age out situation (K-2 son/daughter about to turn 21), serious illness in your finace's family or military being deployed. By the looks of your timeline you may get a June interview anyway. We found out about our interview on 2/14/07 for an April interview. Good Luck and God Bless.
