For anyone with a Scheduled Interview after November 30th, 2015..

Just wanted to let anyone know with an interview after today that the courier services changed from DHL to CPC (Canada Post Corporation).

The website has been updated and if you've already signed up for Loomis, your location will have automatically changed to the nearest CPC location. There are some new location options too so maybe some of you might be able to find something closer? My interview is on Wednesday and tonight I was double checking everything and happened across the courier change much to my surprise, and had to print out a new confirmation page.

I had no idea it changed, so thought it was worth the heads up for anyone else who didn't either.

Thanks for the heads up. I see two locations for Montreal:

225 BRIDGE LOCAL 4 (next to costco)

7640 BOUL ST-MICHEL

if anybody goes to either of these locations to pickup, please share with us how easy/difficult it was to find the office.

I saw this last night too, but we had our interview on November 23, and it had said Loomis up till then. Our CEAC status just changed to Issued yesterday.

My fiancee had picked a location in Brampton, since she lives on that end of Toronto, so now I'm wondering if there was a location she could have picked that was actually in town had she been given the option sooner. Ah well, at least she will have her visa soon

They added 2 more branch locations in NB compared to Loomis, but sadly none of them are any closer to me. I saw that they have an option to schedule a home delivery and to pay for it directly on the ais.usvisa-info.com website (for 20$ CAD). It's not functionnal yet because the Province field is greyed out and you can't submit the form without it. :/ I'll wait a few days to see if they will sort it out, since it appears to be brand new, and if not, I'll email them about it. I'd rather avoid having to drive to the Moncton location 2.5hrs away if I can help it...

I've also noticed that there is no longer an option to reshedule the interview or to look at the calendar. I wasn't planning to reschedule, just thought it was curious. I wonder if the change is temporary or not.

My fiancee just got the email with the tracking number, and it's Canada Post, not Loomis. Heads up to those of you who had interviews last week.

All I know is the two Vancouverish locations near me are only open M-F 9-5. So convenient!

Hmm, so the "tracking number" that they sent us doesn't appear to be valid. The link in the email doesn't show any results, and doing a search for that tracking number on the Canada Post site says it is not a valid tracking number.

HOWEVER! I was able to track the package by doing a search by reference number, which I used her passport number for. It shows that it is going to be delivered to the post office today

The tracking number that I got by doing it that way doesn't seem to bear any relation to the number that the consulate sent us. Hopefully they will sort it out as they work out the kinks in the new system, but if not, at least we have a workaround!

FYI, today I was able to schedule a home delivery of my visa. I paid the fee of 20$ CAD for home delivery on the same site as the one where you schedule and pay for the interview. Minutes later I received an updated Interview Confirmation page via email, and under "Courrier Selection details" it now shows the address I specified. I also received a receipt of the payment.

Hopefully it works out! This way I will get my documents delivered to me at work rather than have to take another day off just to drive to the nearest CPC or Loomis location.
