I have just got my interview email from the embassy for December 29 2015

But there was no any checklist for what I should bring with me

Our case was expedited after case complete at the NVC

This is the email:

Thanks for your email

We have scheduled your immigrants via appointment on December 29

Bring this email print out with you to access in the embassy

Regards

That's all and there's no any attachment

what did you write them to expedite the case? i have emailed the the embassy two weeks ago and still no respond. my wife called the embassy and one of the representative told her that you should email to request a interview date. which i thought it was weird but i did email them to request interview date but no respond.

Kimbo, good luck!

dr_medovet, Suggest you look on the DOS website here http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/interview/prepare.html and check out the PDF for your embassy and any additional instructions for immigrant visas for the embassy from the link at the bottom.

Good luck to you!

Thank you

But I tried to download it earlier but I found it a blank paper stating that the selected us embassy/ consulate has no location specific information available here. Please visit embassy/ consulate website for more information

But my point is there was no any specific checklist for our cas

I was approved :)

questions:

how you are meeting you?

when and where you are you married?

when your son was born?

what does your husband?

At what address he lives?

then she told me congratulations you are approved, you will receive your passport within 10 days. ....

only requested paper were:

My original birth certificate

our original marriage certificate original of my criminal record.....

I'm happy

Congratulations!! So happy for you hopping you happy life together

Well then I guess just bring the usual: the originals of the things you scanned or copied to send to USCIS and NVC, and then check your regional forum and see if people there have any recommendations?

My wife, the petitioner, emailed the NVC requesting expedite which was approved.

We didn't send to the embassy requesting the expedite !

But we requested an appointment from the embassy

Good luck !!
